Chiropractic care is a patient-centered, hands-on approach to diagnosing, treating, and preventing musculoskeletal disorders. Chiropractors focus on how the body’s structure—primarily the spine—affects overall function and well-being, using an evidence-based approach to promote healing, improve physical function, and support individual health goals.

Treatments include spinal and extremity adjustments, joint mobilizations, active rehabilitative exercises, soft tissue therapies (e.g., myofascial release and instrument-assisted manipulation), acupuncture, cupping therapy, and sports taping. Additional measures, such as custom orthotics, compression stockings, and therapeutic footwear, address specific needs. Chiropractic care helps patients recover from injuries, postural strain, manage chronic conditions, and enhance overall wellness.

Massage therapy focuses on manipulating the body’s soft tissues—such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints—using techniques like joint play (passive range of motion) and fascial release. These methods aim to improve mobility, relieve pain, and reduce discomfort associated with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. It also incorporates corrective exercise education and diaphragmatic breathing to enhance recovery. Massage therapy effectively reduces tension, improves circulation, and addresses issues caused by stress, overuse, and chronic pain. By enhancing the body’s natural healing abilities, it restores movement, decreases inflammation, and supports injury recovery. Additionally, it helps prevent future injuries by correcting muscle imbalances, increasing flexibility, and strengthening soft tissues.
